In case of inter-firm, our fees will not exceed the values expressed in the present scale as well as the value indicated on the mandate of sale and / or search granted by the principal.
For renting :
Fees charged to the tenant:
Visiting fees of the lessee, constitution of his file and drafting of the lease: 12 euros TTC of the m2
Fees realization of the inventory: 3 euros TTC of the m2
In accordance with local practice and unless otherwise agreed by the parties (indicated in the mandate) the remuneration will be borne by the principal.
